Privacy Policy
Last updated June 24, 2026
Amino is built privacy-first. Your peptide log — what you take, when, your vials and protocols — stays on your device and, if you turn on iCloud, in your own private iCloud. It is never sent to an Amino server, because there isn't one for your health data.
What stays on your device
Everything you log lives locally on your iPhone using Apple's on-device storage. If you enable iCloud sync, that data is mirrored only to your private iCloud account, controlled by Apple — we cannot see it. We operate no database of your doses, vials, protocols, or history.
What we do collect
To sign you in and keep your account, our authentication provider stores only:
- Your email address (or the identifier from Sign in with Apple / Google)
- An account ID used to recognize you on next launch
That's the entire account record. It contains no health information, no peptide names, and no usage history. We use it solely to authenticate you and, if you choose, to send a sign-in link by email.
What we don't do
- No third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
- No selling or sharing of your data.
- No access to Apple Health / HealthKit.
- No profiling and no cross-app tracking.
Payments
Amino Plus subscriptions are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. Apple processes your payment; we never receive or store your card details. Apple shares only the anonymous receipt needed to confirm your subscription is active.
Sign-in options
You can sign in with Apple, Google, or an email magic link. Apple and Google share only an identifier and email for identity — Amino requests no other profile data from them.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete Account. This removes your authentication record from our provider and erases the data stored on your device. iCloud-synced copies are removed from your iCloud as your devices sync.
Children
Amino is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed to children.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date above and, for material changes, note it in the app. Continuing to use Amino after an update means you accept the revised policy.
